Allgemeines
Please treat the facility with care. In this way, the next guests will also feel comfortable in our accommodation. If there is any damage to the facility, please let us know immediately.
Inform us at the latest upon departure. In most cases, such matters can be solved quickly and easily with liability insurance.
The kitchen
Please wash dishes, cutlery, pots and pans before departure. So the next guests will always find clean kitchen utensils.
Please dispose of all groceries before departure. Please leave the kitchen the way you would like to find it on your next visit.
the bathroom
The bathroom is cleaned regularly. Please always open the windows for 15 minutes after showering.
Turn off the heating during this time.
Please do not dispose of leftovers in the toilet, shower or sink and use the waste bins provided instead.
Waste separation
Please separate rubbish carefully into the designated containers.
heating / ventilation
Please ventilate the premises daily for at least 10 minutes.
Turn off the heating with the window open. Please do not reprogram the heating system.
Nichtraucher
Smoking is not permitted in our fitter accommodation. Please only smoke outside.
Our rest times / lunch times
So that you and your colleagues have a good night’s sleep tomorrow and are free for work, please stick to our rest times.
The night rest period is from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m., and the midday rest period is from 12:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Your Duty of Care
Please close all windows and doors before leaving the fitter’s accommodation. In the event of burglary or theft, we assume no liability.
Also make sure that all lights and the stove and oven are turned off.
valuables
The landlord is not liable for valuables and cloakroom.
key
As a tenant, you will receive at least one key from us. Losing a key requires replacing the entire locking system. The polluter bears the costs for this
Park
Please only use designated / public parking spaces and pay attention to possible parking times.
additional
Non-reported persons are not permitted to stay overnight at the property.
Do not take indoor furniture outside.
Please take off dirty shoes in front of the accommodation.
